| A neighbor is a bigger rock hound than me!!! He stopped by the other day to see the deck. I showed him the bathroom and he came back the next day with a 5 gallon bucket full of rocks that he had cut. They all have a flat back , they are every color you can imagine (reds, greens, blues, golds, whites) (much more colorful and shiney when wet)and they are beautiful!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to start something and use them. And I am heading down to his place today for a cutting lesson and to pick up more!!!! They are too cool..He checked out my saw while he was here and said mine will cut them too!!! Wow am I excited!!!!! I'll be cutting this next week for sure. I'm headed to the vet this morning though I'm afraid our little dog has chewed something he shouldn't have as it's not able to come out the other end....I tell you they are like kids gotta watch them all the time!!!! | Well it's a challenge for me to see the colors in these rocks, but I'm sure when you get through w/them, the colors w/stand out. I suppose when you put the sealer on, the colors pop out???? Drag out that saw and get to work. Anxious to see how you'll use them. |

| Thats great Cathy...I love the colors and the idea of cutting them, thats like getting 2 fer 1 and stretching them out not to mention making them easier to adhere. Tell him hes a smart man...taught us all something. Learm well and pass along any tips he gives you. |

| Ok Slow, I wet them and layed some flat so I think the colors should show better. After digging in the bucket I found such beautiful colors, there must be at least 1000 pcs or more..I'm headed to his house now to hopefully get a cutting lesson.....I'm told this Ole guy has quite a rock collection so I am really excited to see. I'll take my camera. I think I'm going to start on a sign this afternoon and use some of these .....Later all |
