 o
grout question, please

I have just been taking a few classes on mosaics and now want to try to do some things at home. Below is the last piece I did in a class. I'm using a depression glass plate. These are two pictures of the same piece.

My question is, can I use grout from Home Depot or Lowe's and does it need to be "sanded" or "non-sanded"? Thanks for any help you can give.

Here's my two cents. I always use Mapei brand Keracolor sanded grout found at Lowes and wouldn't think of any other. Your first piece is very pretty.

Thank you so much, slow!! It was the one thing I really wasn't sure about. Your info is most helpful.

I love checking in here once in awhile. You all are so talented and I hope to learn from your projects.
