2 more Clydesdales done

The top one is a picture I started a year ago . I just couldn't find just the right frame . One day in the Goowill - I spotted a braided leather belt - that was my perfect frame :)

I just made this one . I bought a bulletin board at the Goodwill . It was made of homosote that had a thin layer of cork on each side . It's sturdy and lightweight.
The edge is hard to see , but it's gold, decorative crushed rock. It looks cool in person.

Today,I just finished grouting the large clydesdale in the parade gear . Hopefully , that'll be done tomorrow.
***THEN*** I'm onto something whimsical & not so serious .

They are both very beautiful. The crushed rock sounds real one-of-kind, I like the uneven edges.
