A Happy Accident

I poured clear epoxy over one of my Clydesdales . I used up one full box , so I didn't have enough for another mosaic. Dh suggested using clear gloss polyurathane. I wasn't sure what would happen , but it was a learning experience so I did it. 2 coats on my mosaic - and it looked just like an expensive glazed ceramic tile ! I really like the look . I can just picture a bunch of things hanging in the house that have the look of ceramic tile. My pictures just didn't show what I was talking about (sorry ) -- but believe me - it's a whole new cool look !
