| I love that ! How was the pottery stuff attached ? Do you think it was just set in Mastik ? I see all white between the shards. I've been wanting to add 3-D stuff to a mosaic , but didn't know how to attach it when the rest of the mosaic was grouted. |

| This is probably 6 feet by 6 feet, give or take. I don't know what they used to adhere the pottery, maybe cemento blanco |

| Very interesting piece. When I was in PV, Cristobal - Sam's handyman bought the adhesive, and called it Pega Piso. It is VERY strong cement-based mortar. I love it as much as I love Mapei's Ultra Flex II. Mexicans know how to use tiles, and their products are great. I'm so jealous of you MATTI - to live so close to where I'd absolutely love to go. Guadalajara is where Sam buys lots of the most beautiful tiles I've ever seen. I was using from her stash on her chimenia project. |
