glass block mosaic

Thought I'd share this site where they used a glass block
and mosaiced on it. Looks interesting.

wow. looks really interesting.
i'd do a see-through thing... but i am afraid i'd mess it.
got some marbles that are kinda see through so i couldn't use them in any of my mosaics.
also, i don't know how such work looks like ungrouted.

That looks neat, especially since the light bulb will be inside the glass block. I'd love to do one of those with landscape lighting.

I've done it and it turned out very well.

If you want to see it, I haven't mastered posting pictures here, but you can go to my dying site,, then click and drag across the home page to get the links to show up, then click on "mosaic Miscellaneous"
