Computer help BADLY needed!

I am SO-O-O frustrated!!! Have tried on 2 different nights to help DD complete the forms online to get child support for her daughter (she doesn't have the ability to do them herself). We have now done this da$% form 5 different times (all 12 pages of it!!). Each time we get to the last page and click on the submit button, we get a screen saying that the session has timed out. I know (OK, vaguely) what that means, but how do I keep it from happening? I can only type so fast for pitty's sake and don't think I am going too slowly, but this is frustrating the HECK out of me!

Can anyone guide me on what to do now?? Short of going to the AG's office and getting the paper form - DD has never been able to fill out forms with the correct information due to some intellectual limitations.

CURB, I had DH read this. He's guessing you're NOT using high-speed internet. He says when you log on and start completing the form, the "person" on the other end of the connection is not seeing any activity so you are disconnected. His suggestion: download the form (if possible), complete it at your leisure, connect again and send it. Short of that, find a friend who has high-speed.

Copy all your typing to a word doc, have it open while you reopen that form and C&P it back into the form.
