Oh, I seldom check this side but decided to today to send a thank you note to those who have emailed me and sent cards. The Tobster has improved immensely. I'm following the recommended treatment, and bought him a large cage. He's to be caged for six months w/a 20/25% chance of healing. Also, though, the vet said he has a 50/50% chance of this happening again. When he gets out for potty breaks, he gets a little active if there's neighborhood activity and runs his little wobbly butt all over, barking. I built him a couple ramps to go outside, so he doesn't have to jump anymore. He's pretty contented to be caged, but when night time comes, he expects to be on the sofa at my feet. Have to watch him like a hawk to keep him from jumping off, so he only gets a limited amt. of time. I'm pretty happy and surprised as his progress. Thank you for asking.
