| leaving on a camping trip, miss you all! hugs and kisses.... btw I am 5 days without nicotine but then so is Dh, ONE OF US MAY NOT RETURN FROM THIS TRIP!!!!! BWAH HA HAAAAAAA I'm kidding - but if I do kill him please understand I had reason to! lol |

| in my 3rd week without nicotine, I should be nearing the detox date soon then it will all be mental. I think I beat it this time - do miss it but I know it's bad for me |

| ok nice tell me how you did it? I had quit for nearly 2 yrs and then DH was working out of town for 8 mos. and I started back again and now i cant quit even though i know i need to. |
