| Has anyone got a bread recipe for celiacs using guar powder, tapioca flour & corn flour please? My husband doesn't like the rice flour mixed with potato flour-too heavy & the distributor in the Montreal, Quebec area can't get a certain type of mix (imported) anymore because the machines used to make or mix the flours have traces of gluten.He isn't interested in trying other flours right now-like chickpea-just tapioca & corn. There is water & sugar involved. We used to add milk or powdered & an egg for variety but have a lot of experimenting to do to try cakes & cookies with these flours. Will contact the Quebec & Cndn associations for such recipes as well. I got some on this site last year. Thanks. |

| Have you tried Celiac.com? Lots of recipes there. Betty Haggman's cookbooks for Celiacs also have recipes using the ingredients you mention. |
