| I found this forum while looking for sugar free recipes and think it is great. I just wanted to share a new site that I found that offers sugar free recipes listed by category. You can also submit your favorite recipes to be included. The site is at http://www.sugar-free-recipes.com

| Sugar free recipes does not mean "carbohydrate free" and it is carbohydrates that diabetics must control. Flour is 100% glycemic and high carbohydrate. All diabetics must count carbs in all ingredients then decide whether it is witin their carb count or not. Marie |
