LOOKING for: puree' recipes

| I have adhesions that have caused me to be on a low fiber soft, nearly liquid diet for the rest of my life. I'm 42. I can't seem to find recipes for food other than fruitie type protein shakes. I miss flavor and spices which I can have. I just have to avoid real thick food and rice and pototoes. Does anyone have any recipes? |

please check out some books on amazon.com. maybe type in soft food recipes and check out the books. I did this because my dad is in hospice care and can only have a soft food diet. some of the recipes seemed easy and nutritious in the books I previewed on amazon.
