RECIPE: Need Low Fat/Soft Food ideas

| My husband has been placed on a low fat/soft food diet due to panceatitis (sp?). I would welcome any suggestions and recipes - especially for the holiday season. |

| Check the Cooking Light magazines, also the Dietation at your hospital should help you. Cooks.com along with Tasty Light magazine. Go to the website of the medical problem and they should have some references. |
