I have been searching everywhere for a recipe for bread that I can in in spite of my alergies. I've found rice breads made with yeast, yeast-free breads made with wheat and dairy, but nothing that I can use. I can use oat flour, soy flour, tapioca flour, chick pea flour, and rice flour. I'm not certain about amaranth, quinoa, rye or buckwheat. Has anyone run across a recipe that would work?

Try www.glutenfree.com I bake bread in my breadmaker for a friend with Celiac, and she loves it. This place also offers bread mixes and other goodies.

Try looking on Celiac.com. Lots of recipes, helps and a place to order items also. As far as flour, buckwheat is fine, as it belongs to the rhubarb family. Do a search on grains, or gluten.
