I'm wondering if anyone has made pumpkin pie without milk. With or without eggs is fine. I've found many recipes online but have no idea if they would be any good.

It is hard to mess up a pumpkin pie.

Try making one using water. May not need full amount equal to the milk.

Trial and error can end up with something delicious.
