| I have been told by my Dr. to eliminate dairy and yeast from my diet. Can anyone help me find recipes that are both dairy- and yeast-free?
Thank you,

| Eat protein and vegetables for meals. If you want baked goods, substitute water or juices for the milk and use baking powder and/or baking soda for the rising. Sprite soft drink works well in hotcakes. |

| You may want to try Silk. I like the vanilla one on cereal and for cooking. Over Christmas Publix had Nog (tastes just like egg nog) made by Silk. It was really good with a little nutmeg in it. |
