| I am looking for a home made recipe for "shake and bake" for either pork or chicken. It just needs to approximate that which is sold in the stores but made without that hydrogenated fat. (I would make it with olive oil.) Thanks. |

| Hi Catt, This one should work well for you. Char Southern-Style Coating Mix for Chicken or Pork 6 cups dry bread crumbs Mix all. Use same as Shake'n'Bake coating mix. |
