carrot cake that uses pineapple juice instead of sugar for the sweet taste

I found lots that use Pineapple, but none that don't ask for sugar also. But I found one that uses honey instead of sugar, in addition to the pineapple.

And this one I found, that uses orange juice instead of sugar.

And one that combines the pineapple with stevia and fructose.
