1/2 cup bran
1 1/2 cups gluten, wheat -- wheat flour
1/2 cup soy protein isolate
1/2 cup Soy Flour
3 tablespoons oatmeal -- flour
1/4 cup splenda
guar gum 1 1/2 tsp
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts -- ground
1 tablespoon yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar -- yeast food
2 whole eggs -- beaten
1/4 cup cottage cheese -- creamed
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 1/2 cups water -- warmed
Follow your bread machine directions: Here's what I do: Bottom of my bread machine I place yeast and sugar. Place all other dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Place over the yeast/sugar. Melt oil, and butter in water, then add cottage cheese. Pour over flours then add the beaten eggs. I usually set it to manual and bake it in the oven in a bread pan.350°F-180°C for about 45 minutes.
