Try some of the vegetarian cook books, or allegry cookbooks at health food stores. Aslo type in rice flour receipes on search. Good Housekeeipng might help also.

| Celiac.com will have quite a few recipes for rice flour. It is a site for people allergic to wheat flour, etc. Also type in gluten free cooking, or diet in your search window, and you will get a list of sites. |

| An excellent cookbook called "Glueten Free Gourmet" by Bette Hagman can be found in Health Food Stores or on line, I expect. Actually, she has several books out now. I would start with the first one. The books are filled with wonderful wheat free recipes and how to go about using rice flours. |
