| We're going out of town for the weekend and both on fat free diets but most of the homemade cookies I'm finding have applesauce or some other soft product that will keep the cookies soft. I want to make a bunch ahead of time to take with us but they will need to be firm. We're in South Texas going to South Louisiana so we also have humidity to deal with. Any suggestions for durable cookies? Thanks for your time and have a nice day. |
