I would like to know where I can find this list.
A new revised one would be great. If you have a mail order address to purchase one, that would help out also. Thanks to anyone who answers this post. Judy |

| Darn, I just threw mine away. Otherwise I would have mailed it to you. I just got so that I felt like I pretty much knew how many carbs are in the basic foods and everything else is labeled. |
