| I am looking for recipes for preparing raw foods? Main courses, salads, and deserts. I have started eating raw foods only for health reasons. Thanks |

| There are several raw "cook"books on amazon.com that look interesting - try "Raw: The Uncook Book: New Vegetarian Food for Life." I've never tried creating my own raw dishes, but used to frequent a raw foods restaurant in San Francisco that was fabulous. It was amazing what they'd come up with! |
