| I need to find the carb content of Alba Shake mixes. I am diabetic & used to enjoy these shakes years ago. I would order some if I knew about the carbs. Thanks, Cheryl |

| I know one of our local health food stores sells them, but I don't have a sample to check. Their site says that their shakes have zero fat grams and 70 calories, so I'm sure there are next to no carbs - most likely made with aspartame or splenda and you mix it with water & ice.
