| Is there such a thing as a really good one? I am ready to begin experimenting and I have a long list of sugar-free recipes that include cakes but I want some testimonials of good sugar-free cakes before I begin. I would prefer using Splenda as the sweetener. I am aware that, in cakes, sugar contributes much more than sweetness, which is why I am wondering if there really is a good one and how can that be? Thanks. |

| This is a sugar-free version of a 'Wacky Cake' that I like. Without sugar, it doesn't rise quite as high, but it is moist and flavorful. 1 1/2 cups flour Yield: 9 servings |
