| Anyone out there have IBS(Irretiable Bowel Syndrome)!? IF so, What kind of things do you eat? I need to change my diet, but am stuck on what I should and should not be eating. Thanks for any help :o) |

| There a a lot of good books out there to help. I have the problem also. Taking the wheat and dairy out of my diet helped by 75%. The other part is taking gluten out, which is in grains, except rice and a few other. I got books at the public library, and there are places on the web for info also. |
