RECIPE: low crab cheese cake recipe

I have a 9x3 cheese cake pan but the cheese cake on the package that i want to make calls for a 10" pan.Here's the recipe.

crust 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup splenda
3 Tbsp butter melted


mix ingredients together and press into a 10" spring form pan.

Filling

1 1b. regular cream cheese
1 1b fat-free cream cheese
1 1/4 cups splanda
1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
pinch of salt
4 large eggs

Preheat oven to 350
Beat cream cheese and splanda until well mixed and smooth. Addlime juice and a pinch of salt, beat until smooth.Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.Pour filling over crust and bake 50-60 minutes or until slightly firmon the touch. Let cool 15-20 minutes before placing in the refrigerate 4-6 hours.

Crab cheesecake - maybe crab quiche, but cheescake??

I think she meant low carb........and she spelled Splenda correctly in part of the recipe....

that's not low-carb. it uses graham crackers in the crust. those are full of carbs and sugar.
