| Renée here. New to this forum and have a question.
My daughter (28) suffers from recurrent bladder infections (10 years now) and the doctor (Gyn) and nutricianist feel there is possibly a candida connection . She is on a diet to restrict yeast: no wheat, alcohol, vinegar, sugar, fruit. So I'm on a quest for salad dressings, condiments, and other specialty items to enhance the limited menu.
Any help appreciated! |

| Hi, I was put on an anti-yeast diet due to a severe allergy For a nice condiment for shrimp, I found at my local health food store, but you could easily make a mango salsa. Again, sorry that I can't offer non-fruit solution. Note this restricted diet has been very helpful for me |

| I would check out some of the low-carb/Atkins web sites for recipes. Low-carb eating has completely cured my recuring yeast infections. |
