LOOKING for: Low Fat High Flavor Easy Recipes

My DH recently had a heart attack & his Dr has him on a
low fat diet with no beef or pork, just chicken, turkey & fish. ( He's just 55, always been active, exercised, does not smoke or drink; no high blood pressure,etc !..last person expect to have heart attack..just proves you never know & that life is short!) I just about exhausted all my recipes..I started first with ones I've always cooked, but modified
so were low-fat.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

There are many way to lose weight, but you have to put control on your eating habits as well as you can follow a routine in which you should do some exercise and eat nutritious food. If you start your morning with warm lime water and do some aerobics or yoga punctually then you will definitely lose some weight.
