I take my favorite recipe and sub the sugar with the same amount of Splenda. If you need brown sugar just ad some molasses to the Splenda.

Gena , Someone of KT posted a receipe for BBQ sauce. They all swear it is really good. I haven't tried it yet but am going to try it tomorrow with chicken. It is equal amounts of ketchup and coke or diet coke. Some say they add liquid smoke. Give it a try, can't loose much. Patti

This is the version I use - with great success 2 tablespoons ketchup (catsup??) Thats it!!! I brush it on meats, kebabs and all the family love it.

Just a little something to think about........ketchup is LOADED with sugar. I substitute canned tomato sauce and paste and works fine.

Could someone tell me how to make an easy sugar-free ketchup?
