Here we go: · 1 head cabbage, shredded or chopped · 2 large onions, chopped · 16-28 ounces canned tomatoes, chopped · 2 green peppers · 4 stalks celery · 1-2 packages Lipton onion soup mix, or any dry onion soup mix (optional) · black pepper · any fresh herb(s) of your choice, chopped · 6 carrots, sliced · 1/2 pound green beans, sliced on diagonal · 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional) Day One: Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water. Day Two: Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today. Day Three: Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato. Day Four: Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets. Day Five: Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both). Day Six: Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once. Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day

The recipe looks good, however a bit of a hassle to find everything or having to juice that fruit. As for "cleansing" you system, prune juicue with pulp and lots of water will accomplish the same thing. The juice is loaded with healthy vitamins and minerals as well.

Hi guys! I'm 18, and I've struggled with weight all my life. I stumbled across this on youtube, and googled, and found this page. Needless to say, I'll be starting this tomorrow. I have tried clean eating, hour workouts 6 days a week, along with aerobics that I was doing at school at the time. I only lost 6 pounds.. maybe. I'm hopeful this will work. My physical therapist's husband had suggested I take a shot of ACV before every meal to help with acid reflux, and it will help with a lot of other things. I have many health problems, so I'm hoping this will help improve my quality of living. I will try to post regularly, if anyone comes across this and wants to see any results. My current weight is 238 pounds. I want to get into the 100's. All of my doctors tell me to lose weight, but never understand that I've tried. So I'm giving this one a try!

My son has end stage renal disease and I need meat recipes w/o tomatoes or tomatoe sause. They are no nos for people on dialysis. We have to be careful with phosphurus and potassium.
