LOOKING for: Good Smoked Sausage (ready-to-eat)

| I'm following a low carb diet and am having a hard time finding a good brand of ready-to-eat smoked sausage. The brands I have tried are full of gristle and other nasty looking things. TIA. Sorry if I've posted in the wrong forum. |
