Hello All!

I am new to this recipe site, but I have looked around and it seems to be great! What I am looking for though, is healthy recipes to put on my website. It will encourage people who are trying to stay fit and eat right to make the right meals. If you like you can post them at fitness.com!!!

Hey Aprile, I've had an advantium for a while now and love it! My best advice for you is to play around with the pre set recipes and get to know the machine for what it does. Then tweak them a bit here and there and get creative. I make cookies all the time in it but have learned that while they take no time to cook, they take longer to cool. Just experiment! Enjoy!
