RECIPE: Need Low Fat, Low calorie, High Flavor

| Hi: I posted my request for low cal, low fat, tried and true, recipes on the cooking forum but it seems that might not be thier forte......it's certainly not mine!
This has been way too good of a holiday from a calorie perspective so I am in desperate need of some recipes to help me loose a pound or two (or ten!)before we go on our spring break holiday. I need recipes that won't have the rest of the family feeling hard done by.
Anyone got some delicious waist freindly recipes.....Thanks
