RE: RECIPE: Low Carb Cookbooks??

Here's a cookbook I've just gotten because I'm interested in using coconut flour, which is low-carb, high-fiber, and also gluten-free. "Cooking with Coconut Flour" by Bruce Fife, N.D. You can Google for coconut flour and purchase it off the Internet.

Coconut flour contains the highest percentage of dietary fiber in comparison to other flours. This flour is ideally suited for low-carb diets. Coconut has three times as much fiber as it does digestible carbohydrate.

RE: RECIPE: Low Carb Cookbooks??

I have a few low-carb cookbooks at home. My absolute favorites are the two from George Stella. He is the chef on Food TV. His low-carb recipes are wonderful. Just go to amazon.com and type in his name. His two cookbooks will appear. They're both trade-size paperbacks and cost about $17.95 each.
