I`m looking for a recipe for hummus, but without
lemon juice.
During the summer I found out that I`m allergic to Milk,
eggs, wheat, yeast and all citrus. I`m having a hard time
finding recipes that I can eat.
I found a bread without
wheat and yeast. It`s called Whole Spelt. It`s made by
Artisan and in it is stoneground whole spelt, stoneground whole rye, filtered water, flax seed ,sea salt. I really like it.
Is it normal to loose weight after taking myself off of bread and milk?
After getting miagrains for 20 years, I found out that I was
allergic to milk. Now I don`t get them at all since I`ve
taken myself off of milk.
