| I am looking into starting an ice-cream business where each scoop is in different shape. At Michaels I have seen beautiful flower mold that I would like to try to freezing ice-cream. Of course, these molds would never be used for anything else. Is that possible? Any suggestions, ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much! |

| sure why not?? Are you going to freeze in the mold then pop out?? or keep in the mold? |
|
| Yes, I would freeze it in the mold and then pop out. So you don't think it would matter, right? |
|
| I think that is a good idea. You might also want to try some silicone molds. They are more flexible, so it would be easier to pop the ice cream out. |
