I really need to understand stuff before I try it. I want to try to make soap this spring. Is anyone aware of any good videos that show the process? I have some books but sometimes it helps me to actually see what one does....

Have you checked out Teachsoap.com? I'm not sure if Anne-Marie has videos or not. But it's worth a look. She doesn't have them listed on Teach Soap...but she does have them for sale at Brambleberry. Brand new!
Here is a link that might be useful: Brambleberry

Anne-Marie is at the top of the soap world on the internet, and even now on the TV. She's a great resource and an even greater person!
