Soap carving harmful to your skin?

Posted by asixcents (My Page) on

I bought some soap carvings from Asia that I want to use as soap to wash my body, but I don't know if it's safe. It seems to be painted, so don't know if there's heavy metal or other harmful chemicals on there. Any advice?

thank you

It states, that they are decorative and not to be used.
