I've just discovered this forum and I am glad I did. I have owned a Cameron Sleeper Sofa from Crate and Barrel for almost three years now. The bed is amazing, so comfortable for guests, but the couch is unbearably uncomfortable. I hate sitting on it, I feel that it's even contributed to my back pain. In the beginning I figured that the cushions just needed to be broken in, but it's years later and the cushions need to be replaced and the couch has never been comfortable. Now, I know that sleeper couches are a bit "stiffer" but the entire couch, from the slope of the back to the arm rests just aren't comfortable for lounging around. So I just spoke with CB and they are willing to take the couch back for a restocking fee: $360 (so I gotta keep the purchase to CB). Which to me is a small price to get rid of this thing. I have my eye on the Hunter Woods Sofa (without the sleeper), but I don't want to make the same mistake twice. Does anyone have any thoughts on the sofa I have vs. the one I am considering on purchasing? I've learned that the Cameron sofa (which I currently own) is a Lee and the Hunter Woods is a McCreary Modern. Should I be worried about McCreary Modern in comparison to Lee? Thoughts, Advice, Options? Thanks in advance for all your help.

She outlined 6 steps of healing which empowers the person with cancer to take the course of healing into their own hands. here is a link to her site if anyone would like to visit: http://breasthealthcancerprevention.com/ during this time, we visited a surgeon who specialized in women's health in the southern part of our state. she monitored the tumour's size and growth by ultrasound, something that had been discouraged in our own area. doug gave himself one year to treat the small in situ tumour on his own. at the end of the year, the cancer had not grown, but doug chose to have the tumour taken from his breast. he has been cancer free ever since...9 years. alot of his well-being during that time with cancer he attributes to the philosphy shared in susun weed's book, his relaxed positive outlook, and his ability to not buy into the fear factor. .

Actually, I saw some discussion of it on the forum and thought I'd give it a try since I was dropping the HRT. I discussed it with my DR and she didn't have a problem with it, but she didn't make any recommendations, either. I bought the Soy Isoflavones Costco carries (sorry; I forget the name). They're 50mg capsules. I've been taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening for about 3 weeks, and my nighttime hot flashes/nightsweats have decreased dramatically, so I guess it's working for me.
