| I haven't made liquid soap, but I have read a fair bit on the subject. I don't believe that you can enhance an already made soap. You would need to make the soap from scratch. Liquid soap is made with potassium hydroxide rather than sodium hydroxide as for cold/hot processed soap which I have some experience. You can't enhance the cold processed soap lather without adding additional sodium hydroxide and other oils; IE, coconut (is a good one). This is why I believe that you cannot increase the lather in the liquid soap, without really making it yourself. hth |
