Looking for other goodies to make out of beeswax...

My parents are beekeepers and we have access to tons of beeswax. We have been selling beeswax candles, lip balm and hand lotion bars for years and would like to bring in a few other items. If you have any recipes that are top notch and you would like to share that would be great. We are only selling locally at the farmers market. We have tried a liquid lotion (that didn't turn out so well) but other than that we are open. Thanks so much~Snow

I make a beeswax-based furniture polish. It just has 2 ingredients- beeswax & jojoba oil. Since I add no fragrance, it is also food-safe. The formula is 3 part jojoba oil to 1 part beeswax, by weight. They need to be melted over low heat, to mix and then allowed to cool.

Beeswax ornaments are easy and fun to make. Use cookie molds or soap molds. Grease them well, melt the beeswax, add soap/candle scent, if desired, pour into the molds. When solid but warm, poke holes for hanging with a skewer. Cool and pop them out of the mold. Use ribbon or anything you like for the hanger.
