Shear, I'll have to talk to the park owner/manager about putting up a hedge row. I know he doesn't have a problem with putting up shrubs near homes and I've seen other lots where the backs are adjoined that have hedges to separate the back ends, but I haven't seen any hedge rows between houses themselves. Probably due to lot width issues. Thanks for the suggestions so far folks. I really like the container idea and might run with that, though that would mean a lot of container juggling and I don't know how long my back could handle that. It would have the added benefit of being able to just load up the plants and take them with us when it's time to move out. Keep the ideas coming! You guys are awesome.

I buy my candle fragrances from Bittercreek, although there are many other reputable places. A search engine will point you to Bittercreek. A good place to get candle fragrance opinions and reviews (as the fragrance throw depends on what wax you are using) is thescentreview.com . It is a free forum but requires registration. Susan

newhomebuilder, I'm taking a look at the new beach club but felt the need to caution you first about buying Scentsy wax on ebay. You have no idea how old it is and unless it's kept in the freezer, it's "intended" use can be as short as 4-5 months depending on how it was stored. It will still have fragrance but be weaker. Which peach scent have you found and I'll try to figure out when was the last time it was offered (but it could be older than that). It might be something that hasn't been for sale for a year or longer! I'd hate for you to be disappointed with your first Scentsy experience. Tell me what you like and I'll try to make some suggestions...of course everyone's nose is different! The last peach fragrance I remember is Posey Peach

Bronwynsmom is right! I would be so tempted to order them in the balsam! I love the scent of pine trees, but because I'm allergic to evergreen trees, I can only have the artificial ones in our home. I'm technically only allergic to their pollen in the Spring and touching them anytime. We live here in the mountains of New Mexico, in the middle of thousands of acres of pinon pine and juniper trees, but I don't have any problems until the pollen hits in the Spring. Last week I bought a real mixed evergreen wreath, swag and candle ring for here in the house and they don't bother me at all (I don't touch them, though). But . . . a couple of days ago I bought one of Glade's Scented Plug-ins in Simmering Spruce. I plugged it in and within the hour I was having some breathing problems(coughing and shortness of breath). This was definitely caused by the plug-in. I unplugged it and it took about 6 hours for my breathing to get back to normal. That thing is going back tomorrow! So if, like me, you or a loved one has allergies to pines, be very careful about the pine scented oils, candles, potpourri and whatever. As Bronwynsmom said, "most scented products use chemicals that mimic the real thing, and those can shut us right down". I learned the hard way, but I realize that it could have been much worse. Lynn
