This is usually a pretty busy time for soapmakers and candlemakers what with all the spring craft shows and summer events coming up. Keeps us busy soaping and candlemaking like crazy with little time left for the pleasure of reading the posts on the forum. I don't post very often but I do enjoy reading the various posts. I am sure things will settle down after a bit and all us chatterboxes will be back in action.

I am hoping everyone is just busy. As for me, I don't do craft shows or anything like that, so I am not busy.

Here in the Charleston area, there aren't many spring shows that are worth doing......but the web site has kept me decently busy.
also been re doing the computer room, making no sew blankets & doing lots of reading! And cleaning out the craft room, & house of all the assorted miscellenous stuff we don't use or need!

I got the instructions from the C&D forum here. Basically it's 2 pieces of fleece, laid back to back. You cut a 5" square from each corner, fringe all along the edges every inch, then tie a knot in each fringe "pair", to hold the blankie together. If it works there should be a link to one of mine at the bottom.......hopefully!

No, the ones my friend has that I made for the kids have been washed multiple times since January, & she's had no problems at all.
