questions about craft fairs from a newbie

Hi, I have a few questions about craft fairs. I make soy candles and want to do a few craft fairs in the fall, but I need to know:
1. What scents sell best for fall and winter
2. How many candles do I make ahead of time to prepare
3. what do you charge for candles, I make tealights, travel tins, 8 oz square mason jars and small 4 oz jelly jars.
4. where do I find out where the craft fairs are and how to sign up for booth.
