I remember seeing somewhere years ago of a method of reusing soap scraps from bars of bath soap and forming them into usable bars of soap. Now I admit to being frugal but not cheap, and I can afford to buy all the soap that I want. The thing is I just hate to see anything wasted. It wasnt always this way. Anyway I hate to throw them away and do not like to use them when they get too thin. Any sugestions?
