I know that people generally recommend wrapping MP soap in plastic wrap, because it sweats, when wrapped in paper. But I would like a more environmentally friendly option. Has anyone tried wrapping MP soap in waxed paper? If so, how well did it work?

Try freezer paper instead-- waxed on one side, not waxed on the other. Actually, I think it's plastic-sided, but at least the paper part's there too!! Cloth also works well & looks pretty, too. Recycle old clothes & tie the fabric with twine!

Thanks for the suggestion. Which side of the psper should face the soap?
