| DH got a couple canisters of Folger's Cafe Latte powder coffee mix for Christmas and had just finished one up when he came to me and said "this would make a good soap mold!" I cut the hard bottom off of it and will use that as the top -- the black plastic top I'll use to keep the soap in and just take it off to slide out the hardened soap when done...then slice. How cool is that? :-)

| Nice! I'll have to go coffee shopping now! |

| Awww, that's sweet! Making it a family affair. I can't get my DH to try my soaps, much less come up with cool ideas like that. But, I'll keep working on him. Magi |

| How funny Jill...I was eyeing mine last week! I love the shape of the canister, so unique. Never thought to cut the end off though...:) Has anyone tried the individual kid yogurt containers (the six packs) for the mini scrunchee soaps? My mold has about had it and I'm not buying another. I look at my daughter's yesterday and it looks like it might work. Have you tried this mold yet Jill? Kristi |
