Yes you need fans. Air movement is necessary in good greenhouse culture. Without it plan on loosing plants. Anyone who says otherwise probably has dry air. That is why they do not have your problem. Your floor and kitchen are beautiful. Am I correct that waterlox is a tung oil finish? I am (pleasantly) surprized that the oil turned your white oak so dark and similar to my floor. Do you think the picture pretty accurately shows the color? Also I don't see any quarter round or base shoe, did you take off your old moldings before the installation.

I just did a 12x20 screened porch with screen tight...very easy to put up and the screen is very...uhhh, tight. It will be super easy to replace any damaged screen in the future. I went with the white color trim and it looks really good from the outside. One other thing to consider is the type of screen. I got the black BetterVue screen special order from home depot and it's damn near invisible. Very nice.
