Does anyone have a good recipe for making the refill for reed diffusers? Also, do you have a recipe for linen spray?

I have not done these before. But the NaturesGardenCandles.com site has some instructions.

For my reed difusers, I use Everclear and fragrance oil. I haven't made any for about a year now cuz they haven't been a very big seller for me so I can't remember what my recipe was. Bitter Creek Candle Supply has alot of suggestions and they have the oil already to order. I get all my supplies from there.
